Terms of Use
Last updated 3 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of Humanity Asks, a service of KORZ Studio B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 95507833, VAT NL867158827B01). By using the site, you agree to them. Contact: hello@humanityasks.com.
The service
Humanity Asks lets you answer public questions about AI and the digital transition, see live results, and keep a private history of your answers. With a Circles subscription, you can reflect with others in private circles. Organizations can run their own workspace. Answering, seeing results, keeping your history, downloading your data and deleting your account are free.
Your account
You can answer without signing in. To keep your answers across devices, sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, with your Google account or with your Microsoft account. Use one account for yourself, and keep access to your email secure.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- create extra accounts, or automate answers, to change a result;
- scrape the site, create accounts in bulk, or interfere with other people's sessions;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or try to inject code;
- use circles or organization workspaces to harass anyone or to share unlawful content.
We may rate-limit, challenge or block traffic that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that do. These limits control volume. They are never a judgment of your views.
Your answers
Your answers remain yours. By submitting an answer, you allow us to count it in the relevant result and to publish that result in aggregate. We never publish or sell individual answers. You can download your answers and delete your account at any time, as described in Privacy. If you delete your account, your public answers stay in the results as anonymous votes, with no link to you.
Circles subscription
- Circles costs €4.99 a month or €49.99 a year, VAT included. Prices are published on Transparency.
- Stripe processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time in Subscription, under Manage subscription. Circles stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it does not renew.
- Each circle holds up to 30 people.
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. The rest of the period is not refunded.
Withdrawal and refunds
- You can withdraw within 14 days of your first Circles payment and get a full refund. Write to hello@humanityasks.com from the email address linked to your account. Circles ends when the refund is made.
- After those 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal. Payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a period.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Organizations
Organization plans are priced by the number of enrolled participants, excluding VAT. For more than 2,000 participants, the price is agreed with us in writing. Set up an organization on Humanity Asks for Organizations.
- Payment is by Stripe Checkout. Stripe asks for the company name, the billing address and the VAT number.
- The organization is created only after the payment succeeds. The buyer becomes its owner.
- The size is the maximum number of enrolled participants. Once it is reached, new invites are refused until the plan is upgraded.
- The owner changes the plan or the payment card, or cancels, in Stripe's billing portal.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The organization stays usable until the paid period ends, then becomes read-only. Past results stay visible. There are no new answers, questions, invites or circles, and nothing is deleted.
- The owner can renew it or delete it.
Answers given in an organization stay in that organization. They add to the public result only when the person who gave them adds them to Pulse, and the organization does not see who did.
Changes and availability
We may change questions, translations and features. A change in a question's meaning creates a new question version. The service may pause for maintenance. When these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that participants match any wider population. Nothing on the site is legal, medical or financial advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, KORZ Studio B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Humanity Asks and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to bring them before the court where you live.
